The company is a corporate member of ROSPA, the Northern Ireland Safety Group and the QPANI which takes the lead in health and safety issues within the industry.

Acheson & Glover Limited has been steadily improving their safety performance since June 2002 and as a result has seen a quantifiable downward trend in not just the number of accidents but also their lost time injury performance.

There is a strong desire for further improvement and strong leadership at senior level where Health & Safety is driven from the top.

There are years of experience at management and general operative level, a majority loyal workforce and good relations.

There is a clear safety policy with supporting rules. Company Health & Safety Initiatives/Incentives unique to Acheson & Glover have encouraged employees to take ownership of health & safety.
