Creevagh Road Dublin

One of the latest developments to feature Novabrik is an existing apartment block in Dublin. This three storey block at Creevagh Road, Dundrum, Co. Dublin was among the first in Dublin to feature Acheson & Glover's eye-catching Heritage Brick back in 2003. With the price of developments rocketing, the flexibility provided by Novabrik the developer to add an additional storey to the existing building using a timber frame kit. This approach helped to reduce the structure weight - minimising the need for alterations to the existing building and the associated cost. Around 400m2 of Novabrik was lifted onto the roof at the same time as the new structure's timber frame, supplied by Younger Homes. Overall the speed and flexibility of the Novabrik system meant minimal disruption to existing tenants of the building and enabled the developer to reduce build time by 50% in comparison with traditional brick and block structures as well as maximising return on investment.
