County Tyrone-based Acheson & Glover has been selected to supply its premier paving products to show houses designed by television celebrities Diarmuid Gavin and Laurence Llewelyn Bowen.

A total of 4,000m2 of the company’s TerraPave paving products - including Country Cobble, Rectangular, Boulevard and Permeable – are being used at four homes in Belmayne, the new €1.2 billion Stanley Holdings residential development on the Malahide Road in north Dublin.
 

 
The properties have been landscaped by Diarmuid Gavin while their interior designs has been created by Laurence Llewelyn Bowen.

Described as Dublin City's most exciting new development for many years, the Belmayne scheme is not due to be completed until 2010. It is expected to comprise up to 2,650 new houses and apartments alongside a town square and amenities. A new Dart station is also to be incorporated in the development.
