Machine Laying is suited for straightforward runs over 400m2 and typical laying rates of 400-600m2 per machine per day can be achieved depending on site conditions, rising to exceptionally high rates when several machines are working in unison. This is a significant improvement over 60m2 per man per day using traditional hand-laying techniques as well as repetitive straining on operatives.

Acheson & Glover has adopted two paving blocks for this process; TerraPave® Rectangular & TerraPave® Permeable Paving.
