The Challenge. This Co. Down resident was faced with what was once a beautiful focal point in their large rambling garden, which had now become an unkempt, out of control flower bed which threatened to overgrow the entire garden. The area no longer provided the attractive area which was once enjoyed by the whole family.
The client still wanted an area for plants, and also wanted something to break up the large grassed area and give the easier access to the flower bed for maintenance. A local landscape contractor suggested creating raised beds to better define the area. These were constructed our dry build system Anchor Bayfield Stone.
The Result? The new flower beds which are on a raised platform are now more visible from the house and easier accessed for maintenance. Bayfield also gives a more natural appearance of stone to the surrounds of the beds which blends in well with the local surroundings.
